1. Agreement to Terms

3. Project Agreements

All construction projects require separate written contracts that will include:

• Detailed scope of work and specifications
• Project timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Materials and labor specifications
• Permit and regulatory compliance requirements
• Change order procedures

4. DOB Consulting Services

Our DOB consulting services include expert guidance on NYC Department of Buildings requirements. While we provide professional expertise, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Timely payment of DOB fees and expenses
• Compliance with all applicable building codes
• Final approval and sign-off on all submissions

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• Consultation fees are due upon completion of consultation
• Construction projects require deposits and progress payments
• DOB services may require upfront payment for filing fees
• Late payments may incur additional charges

6. Warranties and Guarantees

AG Builders Pro stands behind our work with appropriate warranties as specified in individual project contracts. We guarantee our construction workmanship and DOB compliance expertise according to industry standards and applicable regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

AG Builders Pro's liability is limited to the contract value of services provided. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Our insurance coverage provides additional protection as specified in project agreements.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or material shortages.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and design elements, are the property of AG Builders Pro. Project plans and specifications become the property of the client upon full payment.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in New York State. These terms are governed by New York State law.
